some issues not worth the price
the bathroom in my room smelled awful, even after they switched my room i noticed the same problem i dont think that a five star hotel should have this.

staff kindness spacious room perfect location cramped pool substandard gym unreliable internet
the staff showed very nice kindness and were always ready to help i loved the size of the room it felt spacious and luxurious the location was perfect close to shops and attractions this made exploring so easy
the swimming pool felt small and cramped with limited beds this made it uncomfortable to use the gym did not meet expectations it seemed below standard the internet connection was slow and unreliable i experienced issues with connectivity in my room

rooftop service closed pool
The breakfast was okay , but the rooftop service really disappointed me. The gym is far below the standard I expect. Also , the pool was closed , something they did not mention when I booked.
